This is a very old recipe I inherited from
my sister, only that I have altered to my own personal preference. Rasanya memang ramai yang dah tau buat
Custard Pudding Berkuah ni. Masing
masing ada cara dan citarasa yang tersendiri. Beberapa hari sudah, aku ada terima lawatan dari some
Government bodies, inciting the feeling of nervousness in my system. Yerla, lawatan ad hoc, and I don’t know
the apparent reason. Since Raya,
order berterusan sehinggalah sekarang and kat Mersing ni pulak, the ingredient stock is limited! All this while I’ve been
hunting down my ingredients at Bakers Zone in JB and yes, the last time I was there was like two weeks ago!
Geledah punya geledak my provision rack and
cupboard, I have Canned Fruit Cocktail, custard powder and evaporated milk, the
rest is mostly cakes and kuih punya ingredients. Since the visit is just 2 hours away, this is the only saviour I could think of. Takkan nak beli kuih kat gerai?
Jatuhlah air muka aku sebagai pembuat kuih terkenal kat Jalan Abdul Hamid ni
kan? Hahahahaha (feeling glamour, padahal kat Sri Pantai ni berapa kerat
sangatlah orang yang kenal aku!)
Pernah pergi kedai yang sekangkang kera dari rumah ni pun ada orang
tanya "Awak baru pindah sini ker?
Tak pernah nampak pun?" Padahal dah
tiga empat keturunan aku bermastautin kat sini. Hina sangat rasa diri yang comel ni sampai orang tak
kenal.
Huk Alohhhh!!
